Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rock National Monument

Tent Rocks National Monument in New Mexico is a must-see destination for hikers. The park is home to a series of unique rock formations that were created by volcanic eruptions and erosion.

The main attraction is the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks Trail, a 2.2 mile round-trip hike that takes you through a slot canyon and past towering rock spires. The trail is easy to moderate in difficulty and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Before you set out on your hike, be sure to bring plenty of water, a hat and sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. The hike can be quite warm, so it's important to stay hydrated and protected from the sun.
